Scraps handling is one of our core businesses, as it revolves within our expertise in managing demolition, dismantling, transporting, relocation of surplus equipment or materials, segregating and recycling ferrous and non-ferrous metals throughout Malaysia. We are one of the licensed scrap handling contractors with major clients such as Petronas, Shell, Telekom Malaysia, SEB and many others O&G companies ever since couple of decades ago. The very first major project was back in 2004 when LESB was awarded the Demolition work of Shell refinery and also decommissioning of offshore buoy mooring, where LESB acquired the expertise on handling the scrap efficiently and safely whilst enable to preserve the value during material handling, logistic & relocation.

LESB has established a Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSE-MS) designed to comply with the requirements of the OHSAS 18001 standard in accordance with the company policy and appropriate to the nature and scale of all its activities. This policy will be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that it will remain relevant and appropriate to the activities of LESB. The HSE Adviser will be responsible for ensuring implementation and maintenance of the system and report directly to the applicable Contracts Director.
